Bath Scrubbie Mitt
1 Ball of any ¼ or ½” 100% nylon ribbon yarn such as Kristha Multi or Kristha
Metallic for a bit of sparkle, Jolliet or something similar.
Size 15 Knitting Needles
Cast on 20 Stitches. Work Knit 1, Purl 1 each row for about 2”.
Next Row. Knit 1, increase 1 in next stitch* all the way across for a total of
30 stitches on your needle. Knit every row for about 4”.
Next row. Knit 2, knit 2 tog. All the way across row.
Next row. Knit.
Next row. Knit 2 tog. All the way across.
Next row. Knit.
Cut thread about 15” from needle. Thread darning needle and draw remaining
stitches on to yarn. Stitch up side and weave in ends.
Your scrubbie is ready to go! Some colors will tend to run in the bath the first
couple of times but normally the colors stay bright.
